Ángeles has more than fifteen years in the industry, she is one of the very few sommeliers to posses a Diploma in wines from WSET® in Mexico, she is certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers, an Expert in Tequila and currently studying at the Wine Scholar Guild. Throughout her career she has worked in distribution for international brands in Mexico and winemaking in New Zealand, she currently represents Mexican and Premium USA wines and sakes, she makes consulting for hotels and restaurants in Mexico as well to importers from South America and the

Lizeth Ariza

Liz is a sommelier with over ten years in the industry. She studied gastronomy and hospitality, is Level 1 in sake and studying Level 3 in wines through WSET®, she also has a certification from the Association of Mexican Sommeliers. Liz has a great track record working for grand tourism hotels in the country, in addition to that she has extensive experience in distribution of national and international brands, she is a wine trainer and advisor for the Baja California Sur region.
